Farrleey Filtration has completed heavy metal testing for packaging materials used in its shipments as part of its work to support European customers’ reviews under the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR).
The tested materials include plastic bags, pallets, stretch film, adhesive tape and cartons. The resulting reports provide supporting information for customers assessing the packaging supplied with their filtration products.
Helping Customers Access Relevant Documentation
Packaging information is an important part of customers’ purchasing and supply-chain reviews. In addition to product specifications, buyers may need records covering the materials used to protect and transport their orders.
Farrleey Filtration is reviewing the available test records against the packaging configurations used for relevant shipments. This helps identify which supportingwhat is this i donot give you that image this is my image i provides you ok make and generate this height ok donot change anything alright documents apply to each order.
A Step in the Packaging Assessment Process
Heavy metal testing forms part of the packaging review. The reports cover the materials and parameters tested; they do not, on their own, establish compliance with every applicable PPWR requirement.
Farrleey Filtration will continue coordinating with customers and packaging suppliers to clarify documentation needs and assess any further actions required.
Customers who need packaging information are welcome to share their order details and specific requirements. Our team will check the applicable records and provide available supporting documents for review.
